Description of Loctite 4310 cyanoacrylate UV adhesive
Loctite 4310 is a transparent, light yellow-green to dark blue-green ethyl cyanoacrylate/UV liquid adhesive with photo initiator, for bonding requiring very rapid fixturing, fillet cure or surface cure.
This cyanoacrylate glue cures under UV light but also under visible light:
- Immediate fixation
- Polymerization of glued surfaces and overhangs
It is recommended for plastics, rubbers and metals.
The UV light cure property facilitates rapid curing of exposed surface areas, minimizing blooming which often happens with solvent borne accelerators. This UV glue is fluorescent so that you can control its application.
This Loctite UV activated glue can be used in disposable medical devices and it has been qualified to ISO 10993 protocol.
This adhesive is also available in a thick version (high viscosity): Loctite 4311. Contact us for any information or quotation request.
